My Story

In all my life I have worked many jobs trying to provide for my family. Always caring for them. So two years ago my friend’s wife had a stroke and asked me to help care for his wife while she tries to recover. This new job awakened a new sense of caregiving for me because I have received very good feedback from her husband and nurses in charge of overlooking her health. So , I thought of studying for cna, or becoming a caregiver for the elderly , but I have always wanted to find a way to have my own business. And after looking or researching , I found massage therapy. A profession where I can provide for others while being my own boss. Remedy Hands LLC came to be because massage therapy is a way of helping others heal , destress , and better their lifestyle. The reason I chose Remedy Hands  as my business name is because after receiving many compliments towards my caregiver qualities, I thought the word remedy would be a good fit. As I continue to study and learn more about my profession , I know that it was the right choice. And in my community this area of healing is new and needed very much because we as a Hispanic community tend to overwork ourselves without taking care of our body and mind.
